WINES Syrah 2008 (Cuvee Ameena)
This pure Syrah is supple and fresh, with the delicacy of the "Nouveau Monde". Savoury, complex and full of elegance at the same time. An infusion of blackcurrant, mocha and white pepper. A new horizon to discover for all connoisseurs of fine wines. "Cuvee Ameena", named after the winemaker's daughter, as been matured in 40% new French oak for 18 months. This traditional wine is fined but unfiltered, which may deposit a sediment and might require decanting.
